About us

The Storytellers Web is a blog dedicated to the magic of amazing books and the spells they weave over us. We look at fine literary achievements and discuss famous as well as lesser-known authors. Reading takes us to places we have never been before, indeed even conveys us back in time or transports us to fantastic worlds that do not exist. We find ourselves moved by the books we read, they excite in us a fine gamut of emotions – inquisitiveness, sadness, laughter and awe. We find ourselves at times thinking of stories we read years in the past.

As proud South Africans, we also celebrate South African authors and their achievements, so if you are a South African author, get in touch – we’d love to hear from you!
